We are excited and fortunate to have 3 fine examples of San Ildefonso polychrome large pitchers in “The Leaning Pitcher” Show. This one has some bold designs such as cross-hatching, rain drops and split triangular forms. However, they are spaced so well to allow the creamy white slip to predominate giving this pitcher a spacious, light feel.
Condition is very good for such an old pitcher with relatively minor rim chip.
